RB Leipzig has announced the signing of Amadou Haidara, a highly-rated winger from Monaco, as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of next season.
Haidara is expected to make a significant impact on Leipzig's attack, with his pace and technical ability allowing him to create chances for his teammates. He has already established himself as one of the best young players in Europe, having been part of the Monaco side that reached the final of the UEFA Champions League last season.
Leipzig manager Rudi Garcia said: "Amadou is a fantastic addition to our squad. His pace, technique and creativity will be a real boost for us this season."
The signing comes after RB Leipzig finished seventh in the Bundesliga last season, but have shown promise in recent months under new manager Ralf Rangnick. The club has also signed several other key players in the transfer window, including goalkeeper Simon Mignolet and midfielder Alphonso Davies.
With Haidara now added to their ranks, Leipzig will be hoping to challenge for the top spot in the league this season, with the club having already secured qualification for the Europa Conference League by finishing second in Group C. With Haidara and the rest of their signings, it looks like Leipzig will be a force to be reckoned with in the coming seasons.
