Aubameyang, the former Arsenal and Dortmund forward, has been in fine form for Marseille this season. The Gabonese striker has scored 16 goals in all competitions, with his most recent goal coming in the 2-0 win over Lille on November 28th.

Aubameyang's assist numbers have also been impressive. He has provided four assists so far this season, which is more than any other player in Ligue 1. His first assist came against Troyes on October 29th, when he set up Dimitri Payet to score the only goal of the game.

Aubameyang's assist stats are even more impressive when you consider that he plays for a team that is struggling for form. Marseille has only won three out of their last ten games in Ligue 1, and Aubameyang has been one of the few bright spots in what has been a disappointing campaign for the club.

Despite his success, Aubameyang has not always had a smooth relationship with Marseille fans. In fact, some supporters have called for him to be sold during the transfer window earlier this year. However, it seems that Marseille management has decided to keep Aubameyang at the club for the foreseeable future.

It will be interesting to see how Aubameyang continues to perform for Marseille this season. With his impressive assist stats already under his belt, there is no doubt that he will continue to be a key player for the team as they try to avoid relegation from Ligue 1.
